Exchange & Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.

Inspection Process

  • All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it to ensure that no damage has occurred and that it meets our return conditions.

  • Refunds are processed only after the inspection is completed and approved.

Refunds

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the preferred payment method for our customers. 

  • Please allow 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Make sure to pay every shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be offered after inspection.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
